    With a partner in time…

     

    Run 8 x 50m sprints

    Then 5 rounds of:

    10 Ring Dips

    10 Ring Rows

    10 Ring Push-ups

    Then finish with:

    5 x 100m Rows

     

    On the rings focus on good hallow body position.  Go hard and keep a stabile midline.
